’86 Eighty-Six’ Last 2 Episodes Are Delayed Until March 2022!

86 Eighty-Six official Twitter account announced that the last 2 episodes of the series have been delayed till March 2022. Episode 22 will air on March 12th and episode 23 will air one week after on March 19th.
This isn’t the first delay the series has faced, on the previous hiatus, episodes 18 and 19 were both pushed back because of the production issue. However, episode 21 will air on Dec 25th as per the schedule and it will be the last Eighty-Six episode this year.
Because of the previous delays in the series, the remaining time slots were taken by a new anime, the studio and the staff working on the series wholeheartedly apologized for the delay.
86 Eighty-Six anime series first aired in Spring 2021 by studio A-1 Pictures, directed by Koshimasa, Tetsuya Kawaki served as the character designer and Hiroyuki Sawano Produced the OST for the series. Toshiya Oono is acting as the overseer of the series composition.
The anime series is based on a light novel written by Asato Asato and illustrated by Shirabii, the series serialization began in 2017. Yen Press licensed the novel and is available in English, part 2 of the series covers the events from Volume 2. Yen Press describes the series as:
