Viktor attacks, but Clotho weakens him and drains his magic. Viktor’s arms are destroyed by Efil’s arrows and Gerard’s sword. Viktor assumes his full demon form, but by his teaming up with him, he is defeated. A stone pillar nearly falls on Sera, until Viktor saves her. Viktor admits that he was never going to eat Sera. In reality, Viktor was assigned to protect Sera by his father Gustav. Before being defeated by the hero, Gustav, he cast a spell on Sera from her sealing her so that only a human could unlock it, and Viktor has protected her ever since.
As his last request, Viktor asks Kelvin to add Sera to her group so that she can finally see the world. Kelvin agrees and Viktor dies peacefully. Despite the risk of him becoming the next Demon King, Kelvin frees Sera. Gerard evolves into Dark Captain. Kelvin reports to Leo and is promoted to Rank A for defeating Viktor. Angie hosts a celebration for Kelvin’s promotion. After they all pass out drunk, Kelvin finds Sera mourning Viktor, who was her only companion since she was a child. She decides to experience what Viktor’s memorial world is, in particular, seeing the ocean and learning how to swim as Viktor once promised her.

Crunchyroll offers the series regularly through simulcast, but you’ll have to watch it in Japanese, with English subtitles. Other streaming services do offer Black Summoner as well, but the episodes are not updated regularly so you won’t be able to watch the latest ones.
