Boruto: Naruto Next Generations is coming back after a holiday hiatus that applied both to manga and the anime series. The last episode that aired before the holidays, Rusted Sword, revolved around Tsubaki and Sazanka. Tsubaki is eager to continue training while Sazanka warns that the time for training is over.
As it turns out it was all a dream. In case you still haven’t watched the latest episode, not to spoil the fun any further, you can watch it as you are waiting for episode 232 to air. After a brief pause that some fans don’t consider as brief, you can finally watch Captain Denki’s First Mission. In the previous episode, Tsubaki woke up wondering why she had dreamt Sazanka, joining the other girls as they investigate attacks by bandits in the area.
The guy who was investigated by the group freaks out at the sight of Tsubaki, due to the fact that she looks like a Samurai, which leads to a conclusion to whoever attacked him, had something to do with Samurai or at least looks like one. The episode also reveals some details about the rusty that Tsubaki wanted as the title may reveal to some extent.

The next episode, titled Captain Denki’s First Mission will focus on Denki and Team 5 as they are getting their first B-rank task. Episode 232 will air on Sunday, January 16th, 2022. You can watch the new episode on Crunchyroll and Funimation.
