‘Deadpool 3’: Ryan Reynolds Comments on the Progress

Deadpool 3

As Ryan Reynolds is built to play a clever and crude guy, he fit into the role of Deadpool perfectly, largely contributing to the movies’ popularity. These superhero movies are also funny, fast-paced and well-written too, so it is no wonder they have won the hearts of millions.

The first two Deadpool movies were critically and commercially successful, so the third part was an obvious next step and the making of it had already been announced. However, not much info is known about Deadpool 3, including the director or a released date.

Reynolds have commented on the sequel countless times, as the interviewers keep asking him about it in the hopes of getting some much-anticipated updates. In the recent interview, Reynolds was asked whether he and director Shawn Levy had any plans on working on Deadpool 3 together, since the two of them have already made two amazing movies (Free Guy and The Adam Project) and are known to have a great professional relationship. Reynold responds:

We pretty much talk about everything, but I’ll say this about that particular subject is I’ll have a batch of updates on that sooner rather than later, I hope. So I’ll be able to get into stuff about Deadpool a little bit more clearly and definitively down the road.”

Although not much has been said, it is now clear that Deadpool 3 news are fast approaching and we can soon expect to hear more. In the other interview last year, when Reynolds was asked whether the movie was going to start filming in 2022, he responded that the chances for that are “pretty damn good” and even provided a percentage of 70% – let’s hope he will be as precise and detail-oriented when he reveals the upcoming updates.
