Gas continues to punch Vegeta until he is countered with a hard punch to the stomach, with the Saiyan thanking him for giving him fuel for his power through continued punishment. Enraged, Gas continues his attack, now using his abilities to teleport Vegeta away with the swipe of a finger. Goku tries to intervene, but Vegeta hastily tells him to back off, noting that the damage will only increase his power. Turning to Goku, he tells him that his ultra instinct on the other side is no different than before and tells him to find out quickly.

As Vegeta returns to battle, now taking powerful punches himself, Goku heads to a nearby plateau where he begins to meditate. Falling back into his base form, a barrier forms around Goku. As Vegeta and Gas tire of their fight, Gas unleashes another deadly attack, knocking Vegeta down and declaring he won’t get up again.
