‘Go, Go, Loser Ranger!’ Episode 5 Delayed Because of… Golf?!

Remember when we recently reported how the Go! Go! Loser Ranger! anime was slowly becoming a hit of the Spring 2024 anime season? Well, the series is continuing strongly and is a surprising hit of the season, with numerous fans around the world enjoying the story and the animation. The most recent episode of the anime premiered on April 28, 2024 – Episode 4 – while the fifth episode was supposed to premiere on May 5, 2024, but we can officially confirm that the episode has been delayed and will premiere a week later, on May 12, 2024.
The information has been revealed and confirmed via Twitter, which revealed that the episode was postponed due to a golf-related broadcast, which will be shown in the anime’s timeslot instead. It is a break, but a very short one, so fans of the series need not worry about it.

The Go, Go, Loser Ranger! anime is based on an original manga series by Negi Haruba, the author of the popular The Quintessential Quintuplets series. The series has been published since 2021, and as of the time of writing, a total of 13 collected volumes have been released. The manga became quite popular, and an anime adaptation was quickly announced in 2022, premiering in 2024.
The series is directed by Keiichi Satou (Inuyashiki and GANTZ:O chief director), with Keiichirou Oochi (The Café Terrace and Its Goddesses, The Quintessential Quintuplets) serving as the series screenwriter, Koseki Kahoko as character designer, and Kenji Hayama (Tiger and Bunny co-character designer, Karas character designer) as animation supervisor. Yostar Pictures is handling the animation production. The opening theme song is “Jikai Yokoku” (次回予告, “On the Next Episode”), performed by Tatsuya Kitani, while the ending theme song is “Seikai wa Iranai” (正解はいらない, “Don’t Need the Right Answer”), performed by Nanawo Akari.
