Harry Potter Star Rupert Grint to Join M.Night Shyamalan’s ‘Knock at the Cabin’
Knock at the Cabin will be written, produced and directed by M.Night Shyamalan, which means that the audience will hardly know any details before its release. Shyamalan is known for keeping the plot details under the wraps, which is not surprising considering most of his movies rely on numerous twists and an unpredictable ending.
Rupert Grint, famous for his role of Ron Weasley in the Harry Potter series, has already worked with Shyamalan on his Apple TV+ series Servant. Now it is confirmed that Grint will join the cast for a new project, together with Dave Bautista and Nikki Amuka-Bird.
Shyamalan did briefly comment on the movie last year, saying that the script for the movie is the fastest script he has ever written, because it carries certain “movement” which makes him write it so fast. He added that the movie will be “contained and gigantic” and definitely ” in the wheelhouse of the things you’re seeing from me now”.
Shyamalan was not as mysterious when it comes to the release date – Knock at the Cabin is currently slated to be landing in theaters on February 3, 2023.
