Hawkeye Confirmed For Marvel Rivals

Marvel Rivals is set to launch on December 6, 2024, with a roster of 33 characters. While 27 have been officially announced, Hawkeye’s inclusion has been inadvertently revealed.

During a Moon Knight gameplay video, Hawkeye’s design appeared briefly, and an image was mistakenly uploaded to the game’s mobile website. This image was quickly removed but not before being shared on the Gaming Leaks and Rumors subreddit.

In Marvel Rivals, Hawkeye belongs to the Duelist class. His design draws inspiration from ‘The Ultimates 3’, featuring a mask covering his nose and mouth. The costume maintains his classic purple and black color scheme, now with added armored elements, consistent with other characters in the game.

Hawkeye’s abilities are expected to focus on his expertise with the bow and arrow. While he has used various weapons in the past, the bow remains his signature choice. The developers might incorporate his iconic trick arrows, such as boomerang or sonic arrows, to enhance gameplay.

With six characters yet to be officially revealed, Hawkeye’s accidental exposure suggests an official announcement is imminent. Speculation surrounds the remaining characters, with names like Doom 2099, Cloak and Dagger, and Ultron being mentioned. However, no confirmations have been made. As the release date approaches, we can anticipate more official announcements.
