John Cena Says He Would Love To Have The Rock On Peacemaker Show

Peacemaker and Black Adam

Peacemaker star John Cena opens up about having a Hollywood superstar Dwayne Johnson in his DC show in the role of Black Adam.

In an interview with People Magazine, Cena touched with them the topic of Black Adam. He explained that he would love to play alongside his WWE colleague The Rock, but that he knows those things are out of his hands. In the end, it is all about the studio, and what the studio thinks is best for them.

Still, as we have already seen some huge DC cameos in Peacemaker, The Rock’s appearance as Black Adam wouldn’t come as such a big surprise. We are sure that Cena’s character Peacemaker would have some ‘nice’ words for Black Adam. As he did for other big DC heroes.

Here’s what Cena had to say for People Magazine.

“I’ll say the same thing every time with possibilities in the sort of universe… it would be an honor and a privilege to be able to perform with him. I think there still is a passionate marketplace that wants to see him in. But I’m sorry, man, that’s just not my choice so I don’t know. It’s so far beyond me. It’s beyond what I’m able to control.”

He is certainly happy that Peacemaker is getting the second season (as are we), and for Black Adam making an appearance, well, we will have to wait for the second season to come out and see if something is possible.

There were some huge surprises in the first season, so we believe and hope WB is planning to continue with those cameos in the second season as well.
