At the final show of Love Live! Series Asia Tour 2024 ~A Story That Comes True Together~, something unexpected happened. After the concert ended at K Arena Yokohama on February 2, a mysterious image appeared on the screen. The illustration showed a girl dancing with tears in her eyes (see below), leaving everyone in the audience whispering in excitement.

The image was actually a confirmation of a new (probably anime) project that, more information on, which will be revealed at a later date.

This new project, Ikizuraibu! Love Live! Bluebird, was completely unexpected. No other details were given, but the visual alone was enough to stir curiosity. With Love Live! being such a well-loved franchise, it’s no surprise that the crowd reacted so strongly.

The Love Live! series has been around since 2010, bringing us different groups and stories over the years. We’ve seen Love Live!, Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club, Love Live! Sunshine!!, Love Live! Superstar!!, and Love Live! Hasunozora Girls’ Academy School Idol Club. Each of these has been turned into anime, live concerts, and even video games.

Because of how this new project was revealed, it’s not clear where it fits within the Love Live! universe. Is it a completely new group? A continuation of something we already know? Or maybe it’s something entirely different? Right now, nobody has the answers, but that’s exactly why so many people are talking about it.

With the Love Live! series continuing to grow, this announcement is proof that there’s always something new around the corner. Even with no official details yet, the fact that it was revealed at such a major event means it’s something important. We just have to wait and see what’s next.
