MARVEL STUDIOS’ “BLACK WIDOW” AVAILABLE TO ALL DISNEY+ SUBSCRIBERS BEGINNING WEDNESDAY—NEW TV SPOT & POSTER AVAILABLE
Disney+ shared a new TV spot and poster this morning celebrating Marvel Studios’ “Black Widow,” which is available to all Disney+ subscribers beginning this Wednesday, October 6.
The action-packed feature film unravels the mystery of Natasha Romanoff’s past and her path to becoming an unrelenting spy and assassin. Filled with regret and the desire to right her wrongs, Natasha reunites with people she once considered family in order to destroy the organization that tore their lives apart.
Scarlett Johansson reprises her role as Natasha/Black Widow, Florence Pugh stars as Yelena, David Harbour portrays Alexei/The Red Guardian, and Rachel Weisz is Melina. “Black Widow” is directed by Cate Shortland and produced by Kevin Feige; Eric Pearson penned the screenplay.

Black Widow is a 2021 American superhero film based on Marvel Comics featuring a character of the same name. Produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures, it is the 24th film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).
The film was directed by Cate Shortland from a screenplay by Eric Pearson and stars Scarlett Johansson as Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow alongside Florence Pugh, David Harbour, O-T Fagbenle, Olga Kurylenko, William Hurt, Ray Winstone, and Rachel Weisz.
Black Widow premiered at events around the world on June 29, 2021, and was released in the United States on July 9, simultaneously in theaters and through Disney+ with Premier Access. In July 2021, Johansson filed a lawsuit against Disney over the simultaneous release, which was settled two months later.
