MCU's Reed Richards May Have Been Revealed In Doctor Strange 2 Trailer

It looks like Marvel Cinematic Universe is getting ready for its version of Illuminati, which will be led by none other than Professor X! We see some members sitting in futuristic chairs in one part of the trailer. Unfortunately, most of the characters in that scene are sitting in shadows, but still, what we see could be the first look in the MCU of Reed Richards.

If you try to alter the trailer by changing the brightness, you could see one of the members has some symbol on his chest, and that could be the sign of Fantastic Four! But not any FF member, but the lead member Reed Richards aka Mr. Fantastic.

Check it out below.

In Marvel Comics, the Illuminati were made up of Professor X, Dr. Strange, Reed Richards, Iron Man, Black Bolt, and Namor. Since we don’t believe Namor will appear before Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, and if we take into account that MCU’s Iron Man is dead and Black Bolt was recently used by ABC’s Inhumans, Marvel Studios will probably have to make some changes to their roster.

One big change that could happen could also be in terms of Tony Stark, who, if it is to be believed to the rumors, is to be played by Tom Cruise. With the Illuminati present in Doctor Strange 2, this rumor seems more and more reliable.

Unfortunately, we still don’t know, if that really is Mr. Fantastic, is who is playing him. Fans would like to see John Krasinski in that role, but that is not confirmed.

If not before, we will have to wait until May 6 to find out, when Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is coming to theaters.
