New Form Debuts in ‘Dragon Ball’ – Meet Ultra Supervillain Vegeta!

As everyone knows, Dragon Ball creator Akira Toriyama passed away in March and while the legendary mangaka is not with us anymore, his legacy continues to live on. The manga is on a hiatus, but the DAIMA anime is set to premiere this Fall and the video games are still very popular and continue to expand the lore of Toriyama’s beloved franchise.

As of the time of writing, the upcoming Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 game is the hottest thing as far as Dragon Ball games are concerned. Sure, the game has been released several years ago, but with upgrades, enhancements, and DLC content coming out every now and then, Xenoverse 2 is once again talked-about, and we can confirm that a new DLC to the game will introduce a completely new form to the series.

So far, there have been more than 20 DLC packs for the game, and new one, titled “FUTURE SAGA Chapter 1”, is coming out soon and as far as we could see from the DLC trailer, a new form for Vegeta will be introduced in the DLC, which could also mean that other characters might be able to attain it. Vegeta’s new form will be known as Ultra Supervillain Vegeta and will be exclusively introduced in the upcoming DLC.

So, what is this Ultra Supervillain anyway? As of the time of writing, we don’t have much information about this new form, but we know that it is an upgraded form of the Supervillain form introduced earlier in the series. The Supervillain form was created by the Demon Towa, while the Ultra Supervillain form was developed by her son Fu, as a way of elevating the previous form.

In order to activate the Ultra Supervillain form, one needs to have a special pink crystal attached to the chest, after which one can enter a form that is very similar to Super Saiyan Rosé. Also, the irises of a person become pink, reminiscing the texture of the The Work of the Gods. As of the time of writing, it is unknown how powerful Ultra Supervillain is, but it is supposedly able to draw out some powers that other, previous forms couldn’t. Due to the fact that it is, even in-universe, a work in progress, we cannot give you a proper comparative perspective on this new form, so we don’t know how powerful Vegeta will become in this new form when compared to other Dragon Ball characters.
