Hello Games is bringing back all of No Man’s Sky’s limited-time Expeditions from 2024 over the next ten weeks. This gives us another chance to earn their unique rewards if we missed them earlier.
The Redux event is moving quickly, with each Expedition available for just two weeks. It started with Omega on November 27, which runs until December 11. We can access these expeditions through the Space Anomaly terminal. Omega offers the opportunity to earn the Starborn starship.
Following Omega, Adrift will be available from December 11 to December 25. This Expedition has us stranded alone in an empty universe, with rewards including the haunted frigate known as the Ship of the Damned.
Next is Liquidators, running from December 25 to January 8. In this Expedition, we embark on a bug hunt across the stars, with rewards featuring organic chitlin armor.
Aquarius follows from January 8 to January 22. This Expedition introduces No Man’s Sky’s new fishing system, offering rewards like the Lost Angler’s fishing equipment and an octopus-inspired bobblehead for our starship’s dashboard.
The final Expedition, The Cursed, takes place from January 22 to February 5. Set in a collapsing reality populated by spectral entities, it offers rewards such as the Cthulhu-esque Horror Exosuit customization, bioluminescent pets, and the UFO-like Boundary Herald starship.
This Redux event is now live on all platforms. It comes after No Man’s Sky achieved a “Very Positive” review rating on Steam, eight years after its initial launch. Hello Games has confirmed that there’s “much more in store” for No Man’s Sky, so we can look forward to more updates in the future.
