'Noble Reincarnation' Light Novel Will Get an Anime Series

Big news dropped on Saturday with the announcement of a television anime adaptation of Noble Reincarnation: Born Blessed, So I’ll Obtain Ultimate Power by Nazuna Miki. To celebrate, kyo, the artist behind the light novel’s illustrations, shared a special artwork to mark the occasion, which you will be able to see below.

Noble Reincarnation is a fairly popular light novel series. This series first started as an online story on the Shōsetsu ni Narō website. SB Creative’s GA Bunko later brought it to print.

Meanwhile, a manga adaptation illustrated by Hisui Hanashima is being published by Square Enix. The ninth volume of the manga is expected on January 15, and Kadokawa’s BookWalker service is releasing the manga in English.

The story follows Noa, a reincarnated thirteenth prince of the emperor. What sets him apart is his limitless level cap and a powerful cheat ability that lets him absorb others’ skills. As these powers stack, Noa becomes increasingly unbeatable. The official synopsis reveals the following:

Noa’s past life as a young adult villager was nothing to write home about. But now he’s reborn as the 13th prince of an empire! His stats screen reveal that he’ll grow stronger proportionately to the number of people serving under him. To gain ultimate power, he’ll do whatever it takes to make sure that those who serve him shall serve him for life!

Pony Canyon, the company behind the anime, described Noa’s journey as one of luck and overwhelming strength. The adaptation is set to bring this mix of fortune and power to life on screen.
