The Dragon Ball universe is heating up, with Dragon Ball Daima and the continuation of Super drawing massive attention. For the first time since the Tournament of Power, the core Z-Fighters are back on screen, and the latest anime is making some bold updates to its lore.

With new revelations about the Supreme Kai and the Namekians, there’s plenty to keep us guessing about what’s next. Meanwhile, Dragon Ball Super is far from finished.

After the success of Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, where Gohan and Piccolo took center stage with new forms like Orange Piccolo and Gohan Beast, it’s still unclear if the next movie will adapt the unanimated Moro or Granolah arcs—or deliver something completely fresh.

Akio Iyoku, a key figure behind Dragon Ball, recently shared intriguing hints during the ‘All Night Nippon – Dragon Ball 40th Anniversary Special.’ Iyoku suggested that we might hear news about upcoming movies this year. He also mentioned updates on new Dragon Ball games, ensuring the series stays active across multiple platforms.

As Dragon Ball Daima continues its first season, the story ventures into the Demon Realm, introducing wild new villains like Majin Duu and Majin Kuu. These creations, born from experiments using Majin Buu’s cells and Saibamen seeds, bring fresh challenges to the younger Z-Fighters.

Alongside these threats, fans are thrilled to see surprises like Super Saiyan 3 Vegeta and changes to familiar characters and races.

There’s no telling what’s next, but one thing is clear: Dragon Ball isn’t slowing down anytime soon. Whether it’s movies, games, or anime twists, this franchise keeps finding new ways to surprise us.
