The Witcher is a multi-media franchise based on the works of Andrzej Sapkowski. The franchise so far consists of video game series, books series, and Netflix’s TV series all set in the same universe. The story of The Witcher is set in a fictional world that got inhabited by various monsters and other creatures after the event called “conjunction of spheres”. In the aftermath of the event, a guild of monster hunters was formed that figured out a way to enhance their abilities using various mutagens and cruel training technqiues. The monster hunters are called The Witcher and the general story revolves around the most famous of them all, Geralt of Rivia.
