The anime adaptation of That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, produced by 8-Bit, premiered on October 2, 2018. The series was directed by Yasuhito Kikuchi, with Atsushi Nakayama serving as assistant director, Kazuyuki Fudeyasu handling composition, Ryouma Ebata designing the characters, and Takahiro Kishida providing design. monster designs.
Elements Garden composed the music for the series. The series was simulcast on Crunchyroll and Funimation. The first season had 25 episodes plus 5 OVAs resulting in a total of 30 episodes. Rimuru Tempest, a slime who evolved into a demon lord to save his friends. He and his friends established the Jura Tempest Federation, a land of monsters.
