Netflix has released the first teaser for the second season of the highly anticipated fantasy series The Witcher. The video was unveiled as part of a livestream event, with a focus on Ciri played by Freya Allan. “I have to understand.” – Ciri. Convinced that Yennefer’s life was lost at the Battle of Sodden, Geralt of Rivia brings Princess Cyril to the safest place he knows, to his childhood home Kaer Morhen. But that’s not all, Netflix and CD PROJECT RED have joined forces to provide WitcherCon to fans of the franchise on July 9th. It is an online convention that will be streamed on Netflix and on the YouTube and Twitch channels CD PROJEKT REDA. It has already been announced that WitcherCon will offer a lot of surprises and exclusives, such as a more concrete (deeper) look at the mobile game The Witcher: Monster Slayer, Netflix’s feature series, but also the anime film Nightmare of the Wolf.

The convention will also have interactive panels, which will, among other things, reveal numerous previously unseen videos behind the scenes. But what won’t be is the announcement of some new game from the world of Witcher. But we expect that there will be enough interesting things without it, and of course a new merch will be revealed, so we hope for a new Fuko POP line! figurine.
