John went on a killing rampage to avenge his puppy as he had to go up against one of the biggest crime groups in the entire city. On top of that, as the movie series went on, John Wick had to go up against the very organization he used to work for because they excommunicated him due to his unchecked quest for revenge. As such, John has had to deal with the fact that assassins are also coming after him while all he wanted to do was to keep himself alive.

The simplicity of the plot has allowed Keanu Reeves to excel in a movie series that doesn’t do much beyond what it should do, as his role as John Wick has become his most prominent performance. And the fact that the movie series is so popular has allowed it to reach three movies, with a fourth one on the way.

Now, while there were delays in the production of John Wick: Chapter 4 due to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, we already knew for a fact that the movie would not only allow us to see Keanu Reeves and Lawrence Fishburne reprising their roles but also new actors that are quite well-known in the action movie industry.

Could Scott Adkins Be The Villain In John Wick: Chapter 4?

While we don’t know a lot about how Scott Adkins is involved in the entire John Wick: Chapter 4 storyline, what we do believe is that he won’t be the main villain of the fourth installment of this massively popular action movie series. That’s because the hint is in the trailer.

From what we can see in the trailer, there is a reason to believe that Bill Skarsgård, known for portraying Pennywise in the IT movies, is going to be the main villain in the upcoming John Wick movie. In the teaser, he can be seen sitting down at a table meeting while talking to someone who we can presume is John Wick. Standing behind him are quite possibly his two henchmen, which include Donnie Yen’s Caine, who was seen in action in the teaser in fights against John Wick and Hiroyuki Sanada’s Shimazu character.

As such, Scott Adkins will not play the role of the main villain in this movie. There is a good reason to believe that he may end up playing a supporting role behind John Wick, as the rumors say that he may have an enemy in common with the titular character. As such, John Wick probably won’t be alone in his fight with skilled assassins and hitmen in this movie.
