‘28 Years Later: The Bone Temple’ Reveals Chilling New Trailer and Poster
The latest chapter in the 28 Days Later universe is coming soon. 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple is set to hit theaters on January 16, 2026, with Sony Pictures Releasing behind the project.
Directed by Nia DaCosta and written by Alex Garland, the film continues the post-apocalyptic horror story fans have followed for over a decade. It was filmed back-to-back with 28 Years Later and will mark the fourth installment in the series.

The story picks up after the events of the previous film. Spike, a teenage survivor, is drawn into the violent world of Sir Jimmy Crystal’s gang of acrobatic killers in a Britain still reeling from the Rage Virus. At the same time, Dr. Ian Kelson navigates a new relationship that could have far-reaching consequences.
And now… a leap into the unknown.
