Billy Maximoff is Back in the MCU—Will Tommy Join Him in ‘Agatha All Along’?”

One of the biggest mysteries in Agatha All Along was the identity of Joe Locke’s character, “The Teen.” In the latest episode, it was revealed that this character is actually Wanda’s reincarnated son—Billy Maximoff, also known as Billy Kaplan and Wiccan.

This revelation raises several intriguing questions of its own. By the end of the show, viewers will need to unravel who placed that sigil on Billy, how he returned to Westview, how he suddenly became a teenager, and what happened to his brother, Tommy.

If you’ve watched WandaVision, you know that both Billy and Tommy disappeared when Wanda finally confronted her grief over losing Vision. In the comics, Billy and Tommy were brought to life using the souls Wanda took from Mephisto.

It’s possible that a similar scenario could unfold in the MCU. Mephisto might be involved in Wiccan’s return to Westview and could be behind the sigil on “The Teen.”

There’s also a chance that “The Teen” is aware of his past or has doubts about it and may have made a deal with this dark entity to find his mother or brother. This could explain why he pleaded with Agatha to take him to the Witches Road.

Remember, Billy sought out Agatha himself, asking her to guide him to the Witches Road, but the reason for this hasn’t been addressed in the show yet. I suspect it’s tied to his brother more than anything else.

While it seems unlikely that Tommy will have a significant role in Agatha All Along, we might see him in a cameo or a post-credit scene in the final episode. We also can’t overlook the rumors surrounding other upcoming Marvel projects.

There are multiple rumors suggesting that Marvel Studios is considering adapting the Children’s Crusade storyline. Additionally, there are talks of a solo project centered around Wiccan as he searches for his brother, Tommy.

Given these developments, it’s highly probable that Tommy will eventually appear in the MCU, especially since the Young Avengers are set to debut, and both Wiccan and Speed were once members of that team.

However, it seems that Tommy won’t play a significant role in Agatha All Along, as the showrunner has indicated that the focus should remain on Agatha and not overshadow her character.
