‘The Wild Robot’ Sequel Officially in the Works, Confirms Director Chris Sanders
Fans of ‘The Wild Robot’ have something exciting to look forward to as Chris Sanders and composer Kris Bowers recently confirmed to Deadline that a sequel is “definitely” in the works!
‘The Wild Robot,’ based on Peter Brown’s beloved novel, captured the hearts of audiences with its beautiful animation, touching story, and memorable music. The film follows Roz, a robot stranded in the wilderness, as she learns to survive and even form connections with the animals around her.
With its stunning visuals and emotional storytelling, the movie became a fan favorite. Naturally, people started asking: will there be a sequel?
While details about the sequel are still under wraps, those familiar with Peter Brown’s books know that ‘The Wild Robot Escapes’ continues Roz’s adventure. In the second book, Roz faces new challenges as she navigates the human world and tries to return home. If the film follows this storyline, fans can expect an emotional and thrilling journey ahead.
