We know that Jean Grey is one of the most important characters in Marvel’s universe, especially when the X-Men are concerned. Being so important, it doesn’t surprise us that Jean is in the center of a solo story.
The story in question is the Phoenix series, and we are going to talk about that series in this report. The upcoming issue is coming out soon, so we are happy to share some of the details with you.

Before we reveal more information about the story, here are the preview images for you:

This story is brought to you by Stephanie Phillips and artist Roi Mercado, and it is going to reveal when Jean finds out about the secret origin of her sister, Sara. Here’s the official synopsis with more details:
THE SECRET ORIGIN OF SARA GREY! Protecting the cosmos as Phoenix, Jean Grey has experienced near-limitless mystery and wonder — a universe of perpetual possibility! But nothing so magnificently unexpected as this: her sister, Sara Grey, has returned to life. Murdered by the Phalanx many years ago, another in a long line of Greys to lose their lives in untimely, violent ways, Sara nonetheless stands before Jean, alive and well. But — when?! Why?! How?! All of these are questions worth asking. And Jean Grey probably should. Needless to say… this would be a very different story if she did.
