‘One Piece: Into the Grand Line’ Reveals First Look at Laboon and Crocus in Stunning New Images
Netflix’s live-action One Piece series is getting ready to make waves again with its second season, and fans just got a brand-new look at what’s coming. The streamer shared new images showing off two familiar faces from the original story, Laboon the giant whale, and Crocus, the doctor who takes care of him at the Twin Cape Lighthouse.
The new photos give fans their first real glimpse of the moment the Straw Hat crew meets Laboon during their early adventures into the Grand Line. Clive Russell, known for his role in Game of Thrones, will be stepping into the role of Crocus, the calm and wise doctor who watches over the massive whale.
Netflix’s One Piece, starring Iñaki Godoy as Luffy, Mackenyu as Zoro, Emily Rudd as Nami, Jacob Romero Gibson as Usopp, and Taz Skylar as Sanji, has been steadily teasing Season 2. Earlier previews showed off Loguetown “The Town of the Beginning and the End” and Reverse Mountain, the perilous gateway to the Grand Line.

Now, with the latest reveal, the scale of the story is clearly growing. When the series returns, Luffy and his crew will face tougher enemies and bigger challenges as they sail into the Grand Line, the sea where the greatest treasure in the world, the One Piece, is said to be hidden. Their journey will take them through strange islands, new dangers, and encounters with unforgettable characters.
Season 2 will introduce a huge lineup of new faces joining the Straw Hats’ adventure.
