Into the Grand Line: Netflix Teases ‘One Piece’ Season 2 With a New Look & Reveals Release Date
Netflix has finally announced the release date for One Piece Season 2, and fans won’t have to wait too long. The live-action series will return on March 10, according to Netflix.
The hit show is based on Eiichiro Oda’s world-famous manga and follows the Straw Hat Pirates on their quest to find the legendary treasure known as the “One Piece.” The treasure was left behind by Gold Roger, the King of the Pirates, and has become the ultimate goal for every pirate sailing the seas.

Season 1 ended with Monkey D. Luffy and his crew defeating Arlong and freeing the Conomi Islands. The season wrapped up with the Straw Hats setting off on their next adventure while a new bounty was placed on Luffy, hinting at bigger challenges ahead.
The new season will pick up right where things left off. The pirates will travel through Loguetown, Reverse Mountain, Whiskey Peak, Little Garden, and Drum Island.
Eiichiro Oda confirmed that the next chapter will introduce Tony Tony Chopper, one of the most beloved characters in the One Piece universe. Executive producer Matt Owens also shared that “Dr. Kureha will play a major part in Season 2,” giving fans even more to look forward to.
Returning cast members include Iñaki Godoy as Luffy, Emily Rudd as Nami, Mackenyu as Zoro, Jacob Romero Gibson as Usopp, Taz Skylar as Sanji, Morgan Davies, and Jeff Ward. The series will also welcome a number of new faces such as Mikaela Hoover, Rigo Sanchez, Yonda Thomas, James Hiroyuki Liao, Sophia Anne Caruso, and Joe Manganiello, among others.
With new adventures, new characters, and new dangers waiting on the Grand Line, One Piece: Into the Grand Line is shaping up to be an even bigger journey than before. Fans can expect more action, more emotion, and plenty of surprises when Season 2 sails onto Netflix next March.
