Disneyland Resort has cut about 100 cast members.Deadline reports that the layoffs affected staff across several departments and included a small number of salaried positions.

A Disneyland spokesperson told Deadline, “With our business in a period of steady, sustained operation, we are recalibrating our organization to ensure we continue to deliver exceptional experiences for our guests, while positioning Disneyland Resort for the future.”

“As part of this, we’ve made the difficult decision to eliminate a limited number of salaried positions. We are deeply grateful for the contributions of these cast members and are committed to supporting them with care, respect, and resources during this transitionthey said.

Earlier this year, Disney agreed to a $233 million settlement in a class-action lawsuit brought by Disneyland employees who said they were underpaid under Anaheim law.

Disney CEO Bob Iger noted that while international visitors to U.S. parks have dipped slightly this year, domestic attendance has made up for it. “The good news is we’re clearly more than making up for it with domestic attendance,” he said during an earnings call.

Disneyland and other theme parks remain a major source of revenue for the company. The Anaheim park is set to receive a $1.9 billion expansion over the next 20 years, even as the company works to cut costs in certain areas. Disney also went through a series of layoffs across other divisions late last year and earlier this year.
