Michael B. Jordan Confirms ‘Creed’ Spin-Off Series Centered on Adonis’ Daughter in the Works
Michael B. Jordan says the Creed world is far from finished. The actor and filmmaker shared that new projects are already being developed, including a series built around Adonis Creed’s daughter, Amara.
The show is set up at Amazon and will follow her story as the franchise expands into what Jordan calls the “Creed-verse.”
Jordan also confirmed that another movie is still planned. When asked if Creed IV is happening, he said there is more he wants to explore in the franchise.
“Eventually, definitely,” he said, explaining that the series has meant a lot to him but he does not see himself boxing on screen forever. He added that the movies have created many characters fans want to see again, which opens the door for new stories and fresh ideas.
He said he expects to stay involved even if he is not always in the ring, noting that the spin-offs and new projects will help keep the franchise moving. “These little IPs are going to keep the universe alive without it being completely reliant on just me,” he explained.
Jordan has spoken about Creed IV before. Back in 2023, he said the fourth film was happening “for sure,” and producers later confirmed the movie was in active development with Jordan returning as director.
He has also said he would like Sylvester Stallone to come back as Rocky if the story allows it. More recently, Jordan told The Hollywood Reporter that he hopes to work with Jonathan Majors again and would like to make Creed IV with him.
The franchise is expected to grow through both films and shows, but the exact order of what comes next has not been revealed. Jordan said fans will see more of the characters they already know, along with new ones he wants to introduce.
