The story will continue to follow Lucy, Maximus, and The Ghoul as they move deeper into the wasteland. The new season will also bring viewers to New Vegas, a location many fans know from the Fallout: New Vegas video game. The series is based on the long-running game franchise created by Tim Cain and Leonard Boyarsky.
Ella Purnell, Aaron Moten, Kyle MacLachlan, Moisés Arias, Xelia Mendes-Jones, and Walton Goggins are all returning for season two.
Amazon has also announced new cast members joining the story. Reports from 2024 said that Macaulay Culkin would appear in a recurring role, and this year, it was revealed that Justin Theroux is playing Robert House, a major character from the games.
The first season was a huge success for Amazon, and the company renewed it quickly. Showrunners Graham Wagner and Geneva Robertson-Dworet are back to lead the series again. The new episodes expand the world in a big way, adding more factions and exploring new corners of the destroyed America.
A fresh teaser for season two has already been released, hinting at the tone and scale fans can expect. It offers quick glimpses of New Vegas and shows the characters facing new dangers in the wasteland.
