First Look at Zack Snyder’s Upcoming Drama Released
The first photos from Zack Snyder’s upcoming film The Last Photograph have been released, giving fans their first glimpse of the movie.
The film follows a man searching for his niece and nephew after their parents are murdered. The only person who can help him is a war photographer who saw the killers. Together, they face a dangerous journey through South American mountains, where reality and the surreal start to mix.
The Last Photograph is directed by Zack Snyder, with a screenplay by Kurt Johnstad, and it is based on an original story by Snyder. The movie stars Stuart Martin and Fra Fee in the lead roles.

Snyder has been working on this project since the mid-2000s, but the rights to the story had lapsed. Producer Gianni Nunnari later secured the rights again. Christian Bale and Sean Penn were originally attached to star back in 2011, but they left the project. The film was officially greenlit in August with Stuart Martin and Fra Fee taking the lead.
Filming took place in Iceland, Colombia, and Los Angeles. Snyder also handled cinematography himself. In November, he announced that filming had finished and thanked the international crew for their work.
The music for the film will be composed by Hans Zimmer, Omer Benyamin, and Steven Doar.
The first released photos show the intense and dramatic tone of the movie, hinting at the challenges the characters will face.
