Sean “Diddy” Combs has sold his matte black private jet just six months after being convicted on federal p******-related charges, PEOPLE reports.

The 56-year-old music mogul offloaded the Gulfstream G550 in October 2025. The exact sale price is unknown, but similar jets typically sell for $15 million to $30 million.

A representative from Silver Air Private Jets, which had previously managed charters for Combs’ jet, confirmed that the company no longer handles the aircraft following the ownership change. FAA records show that the plane, once registered under Combs’ LoveAir LLC with tail number N1969C, now carries the tail number T7-OKS, registered in San Marino.

The jet, built in 2015, seats up to 14 passengers and features a matte black exterior, beige interior, a pet-friendly cabin, and a full entertainment system. Combs was often photographed boarding the custom plane in the months before his arrest. Flight records reviewed by PEOPLE indicate that in March 2024, the jet flew from California to Antigua while federal agents raided his homes in Los Angeles and Miami.

Even after his arrest, Combs appeared to flaunt the aircraft. In July 2025, he posted an Instagram Stories clip showing himself boarding the jet, greeting flight personnel, and saying, “No place like home.”

Combs was sentenced to 50 months in prison after his conviction on two counts of transportation for the purpose of p******* in July 2025. With credit for time served, he is expected to serve about three years behind bars, followed by five years of supervised release and a $500,000 fine. During sentencing, Judge Arun Subramanian noted Combs’ demeanor, writing that he had his head lowered, shoulders hunched, and hands clasped.

Before sentencing, Combs publicly apologized, calling his behavior “disgusting, shameful and sick.” He also said, “My children deserve better. I failed my mother as a son.”

Combs’ legal troubles extend beyond the federal convictions. In October 2024, The Washington Post reported that a team of lawyers would be filing up to 120 additional lawsuits against him for assaults allegedly occurring during the 2000s and 2010s.

Twenty-five of the alleged victims are minors, and the claims involve both men and women. Attorney Tony Buzbee said at a Houston press conference, “The names that we’re going to name, assuming our investigators confirm and corroborate what we’ve been told, are names that will shock you. I’m talking here about not just the cowardly but complicit bystanders, that is those people that we know watched this behavior occur and did nothing. They know who they are.”

The first six of these lawsuits were filed in New York federal court on October 13, 2024. Erica Wolff, a member of Combs’ legal team, told the BBC that Combs “looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.”

Combs’ rise and fall have been chronicled in several documentaries, including Peacock’s Diddy: The Making of a Bad Boy and Investigation Discovery’s four-part series Fall of Diddy. In February 2025, his team filed a defamation lawsuit against NBCUniversal, Peacock, and Ample Entertainment, alleging that the Peacock documentary contained false statements about him.

Combs’ legal saga began with his September 16, 2024, arrest and indictment in the Southern District of New York on charges including racketeering, s** trafficking by force, and transportation for p********.

He remained in federal custody at FCI Fort Dix throughout his trial, which began on May 5, 2025, and concluded with a July 2 guilty verdict on two p******-related counts. Requests for bail and trial postponements were denied multiple times.

Even amid legal and public scrutiny, Combs’ sale of his jet marks another chapter in his complicated life, blending luxury, fame, and controversy.
