Jason Momoa Sweetly Dubs Adria Arjona His ‘Love of My Life’ on the Red Carpet

Jason Momoa and his girlfriend Adria Arjona were all smiles at the New York City premiere of his new movie, The Wrecking Crew, on Thursday, January 15. The couple held each other close and shared a kiss on the red carpet, showing plenty of affection for the cameras.

“I mean, she’s the love of my life. I’m very excited,” Momoa, 46, told reporters when asked about Arjona’s support. “I’m happy we’re [aligned] in our schedules. We’re both here. She’s going to do a film. I’m going to do a film, so it’s perfect we get to be here together.”

Momoa and Arjona, 33, first met while filming the 2021 movie Sweet Girl. Momoa finalized his divorce from ex-wife Lisa Bonet in January 2024 and confirmed he was in a relationship with Arjona in May 2024, though the couple has not publicly shared when they started dating.

The pair has been seen together at several public events over the past year. They made their red carpet debut at SNL50: The Homecoming Concert in February 2025 and attended the show’s 50th anniversary special.

In May, Momoa accompanied Arjona to the Cannes Film Festival for her comedy Splitsville. In November, the couple was photographed on a date night in Agoura Hills, California, holding hands and wearing playful hats.

They also interact often on social media, with Momoa leaving three hearts on Arjona’s Instagram post from her W Magazine photoshoot on January 13. This public display of affection marks a significant chapter for the actor following his long-term marriage to Bonet.

In The Wrecking Crew, Momoa stars alongside Dave Bautista as two estranged half-brothers who must reunite in Hawaii. Momoa plays a loose-cannon police officer, while Bautista portrays a disciplined Navy SEAL, as they investigate their father’s mysterious death.

Momoa told reporters that he and Bautista bring “the best out of each other” in the film. The movie is directed by Ángel Manuel Soto and features a supporting cast including Morena Baccarin, Temuera Morrison, and Jacob Batalon.

The action-comedy is set to stream on Prime Video starting January 28, 2026. This marks a reunion for the leads, who previously appeared in both Dune and the series See.

Momoa has kept a busy schedule in recent years with roles in A Minecraft Movie and In the Hand of Dante. He also led the Apple TV+ historical drama series Chief of War, which he co-created.

He is set to appear in multiple 2026 projects, including the DC Universe film Supergirl, where he takes on the role of Lobo. He will also star in the Street Fighter reboot as Blanka and return for Dune: Part Three.

Adria Arjona is also enjoying a career peak following her breakout role as Bix Caleen in the Star Wars series Andor. She will next appear alongside Michael B. Jordan in a highly anticipated remake of The Thomas Crown Affair.

Momoa’s past relationships include a six-year engagement to actress Simmone Jade Mackinnon, which ended in 2004. He began dating Lisa Bonet in 2005, and they eventually married in October 2017.

The former couple shares two children, Lola Iolani and Nakoa-Wolf. Though they announced their split in early 2022, they have maintained an amicable relationship while co-parenting their teenagers.

Arjona has also been seen spending time with Momoa’s children, recently joining them for a red carpet event. This suggests a smooth integration into each other’s families as their relationship enters its second year.
