Hailey Bieber’s Sister Busted After Wild Tampon Toss Sparks Bar Fight Chaos

Alaia Baldwin Aronow, the older sister of Hailey Bieber, is back in the headlines as she faces possible jail time over a chaotic bar incident in Georgia. On Monday, Jan. 26, prosecutors filed charges against the 33-year-old model, including battery, simple battery, simple assault, and criminal trespass. If convicted, she could face up to a year behind bars.

The case stems from a February 2024 incident at Club Elan in Savannah. According to court documents, Aronow was discovered in a locked, employee-only bathroom and allegedly refused to leave. Staff members tried to remove her, which led to a physical confrontation. Prosecutors claim she struck security guard Jacinto Hills in the genitals and pulled a chunk of hair from another employee, Ian O’Neill, during the struggle.

However, the most talked-about moment is the infamous “tampon toss.” Bartender Haleigh Cauley recounted the bizarre scene in a previous interview. Her friends said she needed a minute and she said, “I need to change my tampon,” Cauley said. I told her again she had to leave and she said, “I’m changing my tampon, do you want to see it?” And flings it up and it smacks my face.

Aronow initially told authorities she was acting in self-defense because she was being forcibly removed. While she first denied the details, police records indicate she later admitted to throwing the tampon. Her legal team, however, has expressed confidence in a positive resolution for the case. She is scheduled for arraignment on April 23, where she will formally respond to the four misdemeanor charges.
