Margot Robbie Spills All About Hot On-Screen Kisses With Jacob Elordi in ‘Wuthering Heights’
Margot Robbie recently opened up about her intense on-screen chemistry with Jacob Elordi while promoting her new film Wuthering Heights on Jimmy Kimmel Live. The actress, who also produced the movie, shared some funny and candid stories about watching the final product with her closest friends.
Robbie revealed that she organized a themed bachelorette party for her character, Catherine, and screened the film for twenty of her friends. “Last week, my friends who are amazing threw a bachelorette for Kathy. Kathy is the character I play, and I kind of thought it was a joke at first,” she said. The night, she added, turned out to be “the most unhinged experience” of her life. “20 women were like frothing at the mouth. They were like rabid dogs,” Robbie joked.
The actress also described her friends’ reaction when Elordi appeared on screen. “When Jacob came on screen, I think it registered on the Richter scale. I was honestly like, ‘If he walked in right now, I think they would eat him. Safer that he’s not here,’” she told Kimmel. Robbie didn’t shy away from talking about the romance between Catherine and Heathcliff either. “Yeah, we kiss a lot. We kiss everywhere. A lot of kissing,” she admitted, which immediately got fans talking on social media.
Robbie is having a big year in 2026. Besides Wuthering Heights, she also stars in A Big Bold Beautiful Journey with Colin Farrell and may also appear in the rumored Pirates of the Caribbean reboot. Her co-star, Jacob Elordi, recently starred in Guillermo del Toro’s Frankenstein, the new season of Euphoria, and The Dog Stars.
