After nearly 15 years together, the marriage between comedic veteran Rob Schneider and his wife, Patricia Azarcoya Schneider, is officially coming to an end. Court records obtained recently confirm that Patricia, a 37-year-old Mexican actress and producer, filed for a dissolution of marriage on Dec. 8 in Maricopa County, Arizona.

The filing describes the union as irretrievably broken with no possibility of reconciliation, signaling a quiet but definitive split for the couple who wed in Beverly Hills back in 2011. Despite the legal proceedings, the pair appears to be aiming for an amicable transition, as they are reportedly negotiating a written agreement regarding child support and parenting time for their two daughters, 13-year-old Miranda Scarlett and 9-year-old Madeline Robbie.

This marks the third divorce for the 62-year-old “Deuce Bigalow” star, who was previously married to London King and Helena Schneider. The news follows a period where Schneider frequently praised Patricia on social media, including a 2023 anniversary post where he thanked her for making me a better person.

The family’s private life has been increasingly under the microscope, particularly due to Schneider’s strained relationship with his eldest daughter, singer Elle King. In 2024, King made headlines for describing her father as “absent” and recounting a childhood where he allegedly sent her to “fat camp.”

While Schneider attempted to mend fences with a public apology on Tucker Carlson’s show, King dismissed the gesture, stating that an apology on Tucker Carlson is like a double negative… means nothing. She later clarified that she wasn’t trying to attack him personally but was simply speaking about my childhood and about my truth.

Despite the turmoil in his personal life, Schneider remains a relentless presence in the entertainment industry as of early 2026. He is currently traveling the country for his “Rescue Husband” stand-up tour, with dates scheduled through the spring in cities like New York and Cleveland.

On the film front, Schneider recently starred in the much-anticipated “Happy Gilmore 2” alongside longtime friend Adam Sandler.

The comedian has also been busy in the literary world, promoting his recent book, “You Can Do It! Speak Your Mind, America,” which focuses on his outspoken views on free speech and modern culture. As he navigates this new chapter, his daughters Miranda and Madeline—who both appeared in his 2022 film “Daddy Daughter Trip”—remain a central focus of his public life.

The dissolution of the marriage marks the end of a long-term partnership that also functioned as a creative collaboration, as Patricia co-wrote “Daddy Daughter Trip” and produced their Netflix series, “Real Rob.” With a sealed consent decree now in place to protect the details of their finances and custody, the former couple seems intent on handling the fallout away from the cameras.

Do you think Rob Schneider’s public transition into political commentary has played a role in the recent fractures within his family life, or is this simply the natural conclusion of a long marriage? Please share your thoughts in the comments.
