Michelle Pfeiffer is showing once again that age is just a number as she continues to take on exciting new roles in her career.

The 67-year-old actress was spotted at Apple TV’s press event on Tuesday, February 3, looking elegant in a beige outfit. She joined co-star Elle Fanning for the first look at their upcoming series, Margo’s Got Money Troubles. The dark comedy-drama will premiere on April 15, and has already created a lot of buzz.

The show follows Margo, played by Fanning, a young woman juggling college, bills, and an unplanned pregnancy. In the teaser, she navigates her chaotic life while trying to make ends meet.

One scene shows her lying in a Bloomingdale’s aisle, being scolded by her mother, Shyanne, played by Pfeiffer. There are no victims in Bloomingdale’s, Shyanne declares, setting the tone for the mother-daughter relationship. To cover her expenses, Margo starts an alien-themed fetish account on OnlyFans, often appearing in green makeup. Her father, Jinx, played by Nick Offerman, questions the new venture, and Margo replies that she is making educational videos.

The series is based on Rufi Thorpe’s novel and adapted for television by David E. Kelley, who is also Pfeiffer’s husband. Kelley shared a fun anecdote at the press event, joking that Pfeiffer agreeing to play Shyanne was the second best ‘yes’ I’ve gotten from her.

Margo’s Got Money Troubles is just one of several projects keeping Pfeiffer busy. She will also star in the Yellowstone spinoff, The Madison, premiering on Paramount+ on March 14, 2026. In that neo-Western drama, she plays Stacy Clyburn, a New York City matriarch who moves to Montana to heal after a family tragedy. The show also stars Kurt Russell, Matthew Fox, and Patrick J. Adams.

Pfeiffer recently appeared in the holiday film Oh. What. Fun., and she has shared that she plans to take some time later in 2026 to enjoy being a grandmother. She is looking forward to spending more meaningful time with her family after her daughter, Claudia Rose, welcomed a baby.

The ensemble for Margo’s Got Money Troubles also includes Nicole Kidman, Thaddea Graham, and Marcia Gay Harden. The first three episodes will release in mid-April, with weekly episodes following through May. With two major roles this spring, Michelle Pfeiffer is proving she can still dominate both comedy and drama.

Do you think Pfeiffer will steal the spotlight more in her comedic role in Margo’s Got Money Troubles or her dramatic role in The Madison? Share your thoughts in the comments.
