Milla Jovovich and her daughter Ever Anderson recently turned the Los Angeles premiere of Dracula into a fashionable family night out. The mother-daughter duo walked the red carpet at the iconic TCL Chinese Theater on February 3, looking more like twins than anything else. Instead of going for typical high-fashion gowns, they kept things cool and relaxed with youthful, informal outfits that matched the high-energy Hollywood vibe.

Jovovich, who is now 50, proved she still has that effortless style in a cream shirt layered with a classic jean jacket and a black skirt. She finished the look with silver heels and long jewelry, looking every bit the rockstar actress her fans adore. Ever, who is now 18, looked equally chic in a simple black and white dress paired with brown boots. The two were seen hugging and smiling for photographers as they headed inside to catch the latest project from a familiar face.

The film they were there to support is a new French gothic horror movie titled Dracula: A Love Tale, directed by Luc Besson. Besson and Jovovich have a long history together, as they were once married and famously worked on the sci-fi classic The Fifth Element. Despite their divorce years ago, the two have remained close friends, which explains why she was front and center to celebrate his newest release.

Dracula stars Caleb Landry Jones as the legendary vampire and features Oscar-winner Christoph Waltz as a priest hunting him down. The movie, which hits U.S. theaters on February 6, is a dark reimagining of Bram Stoker’s novel focusing on the vampire’s quest to reunite with his lost love. It has already created a lot of buzz for its massive scale, featuring over 140 stunt performers and a haunting score by Danny Elfman.

For Ever Anderson, attending movie premieres is practically part of her DNA. She is the eldest of three children Jovovich shares with her husband, filmmaker Paul W.S. Anderson, alongside siblings Dashiel and Osian. Jovovich and Anderson actually met while filming the very first Resident Evil movie together. Jovovich once told PEOPLE, I think that the franchise has definitely made me who I am today. And I have two kids and an amazing husband because of it.

Ever is already making a serious name for herself in the industry as both a model and an actress. She made her big screen debut playing a younger version of her mother’s character in Resident Evil: The Final Chapter. Since then, she has appeared as a young Natasha Romanoff in Black Widow and played Wendy Darling in Peter Pan & Wendy. Her father recalled in a 2010 interview that while he kept her away from the zombies on set so she wouldn’t have nightmares, she’s very much growing up as a kind of movie child.

Milla Jovovich is also keeping her own action-hero legacy alive with her upcoming film Protector, which is set to hit theaters on February 20. In the movie, she plays a war veteran who has to go back into the criminal underworld to save her kidnapped daughter.

Do you think Ever Anderson is the spitting image of her mother, or do you see more of her father in her? Share your thoughts in the comments.
