Rebecca Ferguson recently took center stage for a stunning new photoshoot with Harper’s Bazaar UK, captured by the visionary photographer Erik Madigan Heck.

The Swedish actress, who has become one of the most reliable and captivating performers in Hollywood, brought a high-fashion intensity to the spread. Known for her ability to command the screen with a single look, Ferguson translated that power into a series of avant-garde images that celebrate her unique blend of steely strength and ethereal beauty.

The shoot highlights Ferguson’s status as a true chameleon, comfortable in everything from sprawling science fiction epics to intimate period dramas. Heck’s photography style often leans into bold colors and surreal compositions, which served as the perfect backdrop for an actress who refuses to be pigeonholed.

Whether she is draped in structured couture or more fluid, artistic silhouettes, the images capture the same magnetic energy that has made her a fan favorite in major franchises.

Away from the camera lens, Ferguson is currently navigating one of the most prolific periods of her career. She recently starred in the sci-fi thriller Mercy, which hit theaters in January.

In the film, she plays an advanced A.I. Judge presiding over a trial where a detective, played by Chris Pratt, must prove his innocence in just 90 minutes. While the movie has seen a mixed reception at the box office, Ferguson’s performance as the cold, calculating intelligence has been noted as a standout.

The actress is also preparing for a major return to the small screen with the third season of the hit Apple TV+ series Silo. Production on the new season wrapped in mid-2025, and fans are eagerly awaiting its release, which is expected later in 2026.

Ferguson, who also serves as an executive producer on the show, plays Juliette Nichols, an engineer uncovering the dark secrets of an underground society. She recently shared that the new episodes would finally offer answers to the many mysteries of the world, stating, we will be in the world, and there will be sunshine.

In addition to her sci-fi work, Ferguson is set to make her debut in the gritty world of Peaky Blinders. She joined the cast of the upcoming film Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man, where she stars alongside Cillian Murphy.

When she was first offered the role of Kaulo, she was famously honest with Murphy about the character’s required regional accent. She joked in an interview, Basically, I said, ‘I can’t do a f**** Brummie [accent], mate, so what are we going to do about this? That ain’t happening. Could she be Swedish?’

The character was eventually adjusted to fit her natural background, allowing her to bring her own authenticity to the role. The film is scheduled for a select theatrical release on March 6, before moving to Netflix globally on March 20. It follows Tommy Shelby into the chaos of World War II, and Ferguson is expected to play a critical ally to the Shelby patriarch.

Beyond these projects, Ferguson is also slated to appear in The Magic Faraway Tree and will eventually return to the sands of Arrakis for Dune: Part Three. Her busy schedule across 2026 proves that she is currently one of the most sought-after talents in the industry. Whether she is fighting off world-ending threats or posing for high-fashion magazines, she continues to prove that her range is limitless.
