Bad Bunny and Lady Gaga Ignite the Super Bowl Stage with a Surprise Dance During the Halftime Show
Bad Bunny brought the energy and culture of Puerto Rico to the Super Bowl LX halftime show at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California. The Grammy-winning singer, born Benito Antonio Martinez Ocasio, wowed fans with a performance full of dance, music, and surprise moments.
The show opened with Titi me Pregunto, setting a lively tone for the night. Bad Bunny performed atop a colorful set shaped like a pale pink house for Yo Perreo Sola, and at one point, he appeared to fall through the roof before stepping out the front door. Later, he stood on a white pickup truck to perform EoO, keeping the crowd engaged with his dynamic presence.
The halftime show included appearances from Lady Gaga and Ricky Martin. Gaga performed Die With a Smile in a light blue dress decorated with a red hibiscus flower, paired with red shoes. Ricky Martin joined for Lo Que Le Pasó a Hawaii, creating a celebration of Latin music alongside Bad Bunny.

The artist also performed Nuevayol, during which he crowd-surfed across dancers, and gave a Grammy award to a young boy watching from home, highlighting a heartwarming moment during the show. He wrapped up the performance with DTMF and paid tribute to the United States, Latin America, and Canada.
Bad Bunny has had a big week, winning Album of the Year and Best Musica Urban Album at the Grammys for his album Debí Tirar Más Fotos. In a social media post, the NFL shared highlights from the halftime show, which captured fans around the world.
Reflecting on the performance, Bad Bunny said, “The biggest feeling is being grateful. I’m happy but I’m just processing and taking one day at a time and just living, you know what I mean? So I’m excited about this performance. I’m excited, but at the same time… I feel more excited for other people, not even me, about my family, about my friends, people that I know that they always have believed in me and they’re happy because this moment, the culture. And that’s what made this show to me, make it special.”
The halftime show coincided with the Super Bowl matchup between the Seattle Seahawks and the New England Patriots, giving fans a night full of music, entertainment, and football excitement.
