Sydney Sweeney Turns Heads in Elegant Off-Shoulder Curve-Hugging Dress After Syrn Launch
Sydney Sweeney has once again proven why she is one of the most-watched figures in entertainment today. On February 8, the Euphoria actress stepped onto the red carpet at the 41st Annual Santa Barbara International Film Festival, where she was honored with the Virtuosos Award for her role in the sports biopic Christy.
For the prestigious evening, Sweeney wore an elegant cream-colored, off-shoulder gown by Ceil Chapman that radiated classic Old Hollywood glamour. The dress featured a softly draped neckline and a body-hugging, ruched design that highlighted her silhouette.
A delicate brooch detail gathered the fabric at the center of the bodice, adding a touch of vintage sophistication. To complete the look, she styled her signature blonde hair in voluminous, glossy waves and opted for a subtle nude makeup palette, sharing a quick mirror selfie on her Instagram story to give fans a closer look at the glam.
This stunning public appearance follows a whirlwind few weeks for Sweeney, who officially launched her highly anticipated lingerie brand, Syrn, on January 28. The brand’s debut collection, titled Seductress, sold out almost instantly after a viral and controversial marketing campaign that involved draping oversized bras over the iconic Hollywood Sign.
Sweeney, who has been open about her struggles to find cute bras that fit her own body as a teenager, shared that inclusivity was a major priority for the line. The new venture features four distinct style themes: Seductress, Romantic, Playful, and Comfy, with an impressive range of 44 different sizes.
In a statement released during the launch, Sweeney expressed her desire to create a space where women can embrace all versions of themselves. She noted that she loves working on cars and waterskiing as much as she loves dressing up for the red carpet, and she believes no woman is just one thing.

Aside from her success in the fashion world, Sweeney’s acting career is currently at an all-time high. She is fresh off the massive global success of the psychological thriller The Housemaid, which premiered in December 2025 and has already surpassed $300 million at the box office.
Looking further into the year, Sweeney has several major projects on the horizon, including the third season of HBO’s Euphoria, which is scheduled to return later this year after significant production delays.
She is also set to star alongside Noah Centineo in a live-action Gundam film for Netflix and will portray the legendary screen siren Kim Novak in the biopic Scandalous!, directed by Colman Domingo.
