Hailey Bieber is proving that her strength isn’t just in her street style. On February 8, the 29-year-old entrepreneur shared a workout video that has the internet talking about more than just her latest Rhode campaign.

In the clip, Bieber took on a viral arm fitness challenge alongside Louis Chandler, the director of fitness at Alo Wellness Club, and the results were a clear win for the “girls’ girl” community.

The challenge required the pair to start on their exercise mats with their weight balanced on their elbows. With a confident smile, Bieber made the first move by folding one arm behind her back, shifting her entire body weight onto a single arm.

Chandler followed suit, but the difficulty spiked when Bieber folded her second hand behind her back. While she held her entire upper body weight steady using her core, Chandler couldn’t maintain the balance and eventually gave up.

The video, which was originally shared by her friend Lauren Perez, featured a playful but pointed caption. It noted that men just don’t compare to women when it comes to certain tests of balance and stability.

Fans have been quick to point out that while men often rely on sheer lifting power, Bieber’s background in ballet likely gave her the “razor-sharp” core strength needed to make this specific challenge look effortless.

As of February, Hailey is navigating one of the busiest chapters of her life, both at home and in the boardroom. She recently made a high-profile return to the red carpet at the Grammy Awards on February 1, where she and husband Justin Bieber made their first joint appearance in four years.

Hailey stunned in a minimalistic, strapless black custom Alaïa gown, while Justin performed his hit “Yukon” later that evening. In the business world, her skincare brand Rhode is reaching new heights following its $1 billion acquisition by e.l.f. Beauty, which is set to finalize this spring.

Despite the massive sale, Hailey remains the Chief Creative Officer and continues to be the face of the brand’s viral launches. Most recently, she debuted the “Peptide Lip Boost” in a snowy campaign where she modeled the new plumping mask in a chic, pantsless winter look.

Aside from her beauty empire, Hailey is also stepping back into the world of fashion design. She recently collaborated with her husband on a new collection for his clothing label, Skylrk, which is scheduled to drop on Friday, February 13.

The “Bieber Fever” crossover will include a leather jacket that Hailey previously called her favorite jacket of all time, marking a rare professional partnership for the couple. Between managing a billion-dollar brand, starring in the Victoria’s Secret Valentine’s Day campaign, and raising her young son, Jack, Hailey is showing no signs of slowing down.

Do you think Hailey Bieber’s ability to dominate these viral fitness challenges shows that traditional gym workouts for men are missing out on the core stability that women naturally master? Share your thoughts in the comments.
