Hilary Duff created a magical moment for fans on the first night of her Las Vegas residency at Voltaire at The Venetian Resort on Friday, February 13. The 38-year-old pop star, known for hits like With Love, surprised a couple of lucky fans by helping them get engaged in front of the crowd.

During her performance, Hilary invited fans on stage to join her for the choreography of her song Dignity. But this night held an extra special surprise. Um, just one second, she said, pausing mid-performance, before handing the microphone to one of the fans. The audience went wild as the fan got down on one knee to propose to his boyfriend. Red confetti rained from above, and Hilary rushed over to share a group hug with the happy couple. The proposal ended with a kiss, cementing the unforgettable moment for everyone in attendance.

This Las Vegas residency marks the start of a huge year for Hilary. She has five more shows scheduled at Voltaire, including a sold-out Valentine’s Day performance. These concerts also serve as the finale of her Small Rooms, Big Nerves tour, her first headlining tour in over a decade.

Hilary is also preparing to release her sixth studio album, luck… or something, on February 20, 2026. It is her first full-length album since 2015’s Breathe In. Breathe Out. The new project includes singles like Mature and Roommates, and Hilary has said the music reflects her journey through adulthood, motherhood, and her connection with fans who have followed her since her Lizzie McGuire days.

Later this year, she will launch the Lucky Me World Tour, starting on June 22 in West Palm Beach, Florida, with stops across seven countries including the UK, Australia, and Mexico. Special guests like La Roux will join her on the road. A docuseries directed by Sam Wrench will also follow Hilary’s return to the stage, giving fans a behind-the-scenes look at the tour and her life as she balances music, family, and career.

It’s clear that Hilary knows how to make her fans feel special. Do you think this marks the ultimate comeback for 2000s pop stars in 2026? Share your thoughts in the comments.
