Crawford attributes her ageless look to a disciplined daily routine. Her morning begins with tongue scraping and dry brushing. She follows this with lymphatic draining using oil and Gua Sha on her face. Then, she spends time outdoors, soaking in her jacuzzi and walking barefoot on the grass to ground herself. “That’s the first thing I do every morning,” she shared, highlighting how important this ritual is to her well-being.
