McKenna Grace Shows Off in a Strapless Dress at the ‘Scream 7’ Premiere

The Scream 7 cast combines returning stars with fresh faces. Neve Campbell is back as Sidney Prescott, and Courteney Cox returns as Gale Weathers. Mason Gooding and Jasmin Savoy Brown reprise their roles, while newcomers include Joel McHale, Anna Camp, and Asa Germann.
