Rachel Zegler Flaunts Fierce Style in Bikinis and Leather for Vogue Mexico
Rachel Zegler is showing a bold new side in her latest feature for Vogue México. For the March 2025 issue, she traded her usual fairy-tale gowns for a mix of bikinis, distressed leather, and edgy streetwear, giving fans a look at her fearless fashion sense. The shoot was photographed by Inez and Vinoodh and captures Zegler with a raw, rock-and-roll energy that contrasts with her Broadway roots.
The editorial features Miu Miu bodysuits, leather jackets by Frame, and vintage-style denim. Stylist Valentina Collado kept the pieces simple but strong, allowing Zegler’s natural charisma to stand out. “The stage has always felt like home to me,” Zegler said, reflecting on her connection to performance and expression in her work.
Zegler has been busy balancing film and theater. She recently finished a Broadway revival of Romeo + Juliet as Juliet, acting alongside Kit Connor, which earned praise from both critics and audiences. She also made her West End debut at the London Palladium, playing Eva Perón in a new production of Evita directed by Jamie Lloyd.
Fans can also look forward to her upcoming role in the comedy-drama She Gets It From Me, where she stars alongside Oscar-winner Marisa Tomei. The story follows a young woman searching for her birth mother while preparing for her own wedding, marking a shift toward more grounded, character-focused roles after Zegler’s work in large franchise films.
Rachel Zegler’s Vogue México shoot shows her pushing boundaries in both fashion and her career. She continues to prove she is not afraid to take risks on stage, screen, and in front of the camera. In my opinion, this edgy leather and bikini look shows she is growing more confident and versatile as a star.
