‘Daredevil: Born Again’ Season 2 Teaser Gives New Look at New Action
A new teaser for the second season of Daredevil: Born Again has just been released, giving fans a first glimpse of the action and drama to come. The series, part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, follows blind vigilante Matt Murdock as he gathers allies to fight against Wilson Fisk, now the mayor of New York City, and his Anti-Vigilante Task Force (AVTF).
Charlie Cox returns as Matt Murdock / Daredevil, reprising his role from the original Netflix series and previous Marvel Studios projects. Vincent D’Onofrio also returns as Fisk, joined by a cast from the first season including Margarita Levieva, Deborah Ann Woll, Elden Henson, Wilson Bethel, Zabryna Guevara, Nikki M. James, Genneya Walton, Arty Froushan, Clark Johnson, Michael Gandolfini, Ayelet Zurer, and Tony Dalton. New to the cast this season is Krysten Ritter.
The series is produced by Marvel Studios under its Marvel Television label, with Dario Scardapane serving as showrunner. Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead are leading the directing team, with Solvan Naim, Angela Barnes, and Iain B. MacDonald also directing some episodes.

Development on the new Daredevil series began in March 2022, and Born Again was officially announced in July 2022 as an 18-episode first season. By late September 2023, Marvel Studios decided to overhaul the show while filming was underway. Scardapane, Benson, and Moorhead were brought in to rework the series, and the original 18 episodes were split into two separate seasons. Filming for the second season took place from February to July 2025 in New York.
The second season will premiere on Disney+ on March 24, 2026, and will include eight episodes. It is part of Phase Six of the MCU. A third season has already been confirmed as of September 2025.
