Michael B. Jordan Makes Surprise Appearance at In-N-Out After Oscars Win, Chats with Fans
Michael B. Jordan gave fans an unforgettable surprise Sunday night when he stopped by an In-N-Out Burger in Los Angeles with his freshly won Oscar, according to Los Angeles Times.
The visit came right after the 2026 Academy Awards, where Jordan took home the Oscar for Best Lead Actor for his role as twins Smoke and Stack in Sinners, directed by Ryan Coogler. It was Jordan’s first nomination and first win, making the burger stop a celebratory moment for both him and his fans.
Video captured by paparazzi shows Jordan posing for pictures, signing an In-N-Out hat for an employee, and sitting down to enjoy a classic double-double with cheese and fries. TMZ reported that fans even climbed onto tables and booths to catch a glimpse of the actor. After a few bites and plenty of cheers, Jordan made a quick exit.

The casual burger run came after the formal ceremony, where Jordan had received his Oscar. He later changed from his black tuxedo into a brown double-breasted suit with a white shirt and black tie for the Vanity Fair Oscar Party.
Jordan was part of a competitive field of nominees, including Timothée Chalamet, Leonardo DiCaprio, Ethan Hawke, and Wagner Moura. His win followed a recent upset at the Actor Awards, formerly known as the SAG Awards.
