Emily Rudd Flaunts Fiery Orange Hair and Toned Midriff on ‘One Piece’ Season 2 Set

Emily Rudd is back in the spotlight as Nami in the second season of One Piece, and she’s giving fans plenty of behind-the-scenes access. The actress shared new Instagram photos from the set, offering a playful look at life off-camera for the Straw Hat pirates.

In one photo, Rudd is in a production trailer wearing an oversized black t-shirt with a bold red and purple graphic. Her bright orange Nami wig is styled in a messy, shoulder-length bob with soft waves and choppy bangs.

She sticks her tongue out and throws up hand signs, clearly having fun during a busy day of filming. A door in the background reads 3. NAMI, showing her place in the production.

The second season, titled Into the Grand Line, premiered on March 10, on Netflix. It follows Luffy and the crew as they travel the dangerous waters of the Grand Line and face off against the secretive Baroque Works organization.

The main cast has returned, including Iñaki Godoy as Monkey D. Luffy, Mackenyu as Roronoa Zoro, Jacob Romero as Usopp, and Taz Skylar as Sanji. New cast members include David Dastmalchian as Mr. 3, Katey Sagal as Dr. Kureha, and Lera Abova as Nico Robin, whose addition generated a lot of excitement among fans. The production took place in South Africa in late 2024, using large practical sets to recreate the iconic locations from the manga.

Outside of One Piece, Rudd has been celebrating milestones in her personal life, including her thirty-third birthday. She has also made waves on the fashion scene, recently turning heads at the Los Angeles premiere in a bronze tulle halter gown that fans called the face card of the century.

Fans are already looking forward to the third season, which Netflix reportedly began filming in late 2025. Rudd’s mix of Nami’s clever, adventurous personality and her own playful social media presence has helped make her a standout in the series.

Her latest behind-the-scenes posts are another reminder of why she’s the perfect choice for the world’s most famous navigator.
