Clad in the franchise’s legendary scarlet swimwear, Nader shared a lighthearted behind-the-scenes video that quickly went viral among her supporters. The footage, posted to her TikTok account, features the 29-year-old Louisiana native energized and ready for action.

The digital community responded with overwhelming enthusiasm, with many users noting that the role feels like a perfect fit for her persona. One supporter remarked, “This role was made for you. I love to see a Nader win,”
while another expressed joy for her career shift, stating, “Absolutely loving this for you!!!!” A third fan summarized the high-energy reveal simply by noting the visual impact was “insane.”
As of March, the Baywatch reboot has officially commenced principal photography on location at Venice Beach and the Fox Studio Lot in Century City. Nader has been cast as a series regular portraying Selene, the assertive and highly skilled captain of the Zuma Beach lifeguard unit.
Her character is expected to be a central figure in the 12-episode first season, which is being produced by Fox Entertainment and Fremantle for the 2026-2027 broadcast cycle. The updated storyline focuses on Hobie Buchannon, played by Stephen Amell, who is now a seasoned captain navigating the arrival of a daughter he never knew he had.
Nader’s character, Selene, is described as having a professional philosophy that clashes sharply with Hobie’s, leading to significant on-screen tension. The ensemble cast also features Shay Mitchell as a former lawyer turned lifeguard, along with Jessica Belkin, Hassie Harrison, and the return of original series star David Chokachi.
Outside of her new scripted role, Nader has remained a fixture in the reality television space through her series Love Thy Nader, which was recently renewed for a second season on Freeform and Hulu.
The show provides a deeper look into her personal life alongside her three sisters as they navigate their respective careers in New York City. She also continues to be a prominent figure for Sports Illustrated Swimsuit, maintaining her “Legend” status within the publication after her 2023 cover success.
