Alessandra Ambrosio is celebrating another year of life at 45, and fans are still talking about how she maintains her fit body and fresh appearance. The Brazilian supermodel, who became famous in the early 2000s, has shared details about her daily eating habits in interviews with media outlets such as Glamour, ELLE, and Yahoo Life.

She starts her day early. Breakfast is usually simple and healthy. She often eats eggs, fruit, an English muffin, and drinks coffee. On some days, she also adds bacon, but not often.

After breakfast, she focuses on exercise. She usually goes to the gym or takes a Pilates class. She has said, “It’s important to break a sweat every day, and I love the way Pilates makes me feel long and lean.” Fitness is a regular part of her routine, not something she does occasionally.

Later in the morning, she sometimes stops for coffee before going home. At home, she often makes a protein smoothie that is low in sugar. She adds fruits and vegetables to keep her meals balanced.

For lunch, she keeps things light. She usually eats salads with chicken or fish. When she is working, she tries to choose healthier takeaway options instead of fast food. If she is at home, she cooks her own meals.

Snacking is part of her day too. She likes simple snacks like almonds, fruit, and chia seed energy bars. She often carries them with her so she avoids unhealthy choices while on the move.

Dinner is also focused on balance. She eats meals like grilled fish, salads, and traditional Brazilian dishes such as moqueca. She also enjoys barbecues with steak and vegetables. When she goes out, she often chooses sushi. She said, “I have a serious weakness for Japanese food, and Katsuya is one of my favourites.”

Even though her diet is healthy, she does not avoid treats completely. She believes in moderation. She explained in ELLE, “I don’t cut out any food groups. I’m all about moderation…” She also said she enjoys small treats like dark chocolate, wine, and sometimes dessert like cupcakes or cake.

She also enjoys baking at home with her children, especially for special moments. This includes making carrot cake with chocolate topping.

In another interview with Yahoo Life, she spoke about common ideas about models and food. She said, “They say models don’t eat to keep our figures, but for me, I always loved food — I think everything with moderation is fine.” She also added, “I love my curves. I like to eat. I like to be healthy. Of course, I love a dessert or some French fries.”

Her routine is balanced and realistic. She does not follow extreme rules, and she still enjoys the food she likes. That kind of approach is easier to keep long term compared to strict diets.
